This is a show I have NEVER watched an episode of in my life, but I was channel surfing while feeding Josh and noticed Main Street which made me stop. The family was at Walt Disney World! It's not much, but for me in my Disney-deprived state it was great! They showed quite a few attractions at MK and Epcot, including a glimpse of the Skyway in the background of a few shots. It was part 2 and unfortunately the first part isn't being repeated any time soon. It will be on 111+2 at 8:30pm, but is also repeated tomorrow morning at 3isham and 8:30isham (sorry, can't remember the exact times, but if you look in your EPG you'll see it).

It's made my night, especially when Jared came running into the room when he heard When You Wish Upon A Star, screaming "Castle! Castle!" He's my boy!!!

The American show extreme home makers regularly send the home owners to the parks and the ships while they reno their home and regular show them on rides etc. They have even had imagineers design some kids rooms. Now that would be magic!

Yep, I've been known to record the show and then fastforward to all the Disney glimpses and the finished house.

I have a confession too...

Flicking channels on foxtell last night I cam across a scene filmed in Epcot. I had to watch it...show was boring -"Texas Cheer Moms" BUT I got my disney fix!

PS My DS's name is Jared too! And he regularly finds hidden mickeys at non disney places and is sure to record any show that remotely has a disney scene or comment in it. That's my boy!

Ahhh - that's what I do - find them in real life situations. I'll be walking down the street and just yell out "Hidden Mickey" and Della would say "Where?" and I'd point out some dried squashed chewing gum on the footpath shaped like a Mickey head and Della would say "ewwww..."

Keith, I don't think I've found a hidden mickey in dried chewing gum just yet, but I find a lot of them too... maybe I'm just not looking hard enough to find the gum

Tigger, sounds like my Jared might be following in your Jared's footsteps! -/ He is definitely my Disney nut, I'm hoping Josh will be the same. -/

Completely off topic but Keith's gum reminded me that last week I was crossing the road in my local shopping centre and there was the most amazing road-kill on the crossing - a very flattened but still very recognisable gingerbread man! I wanted to take a photo but decided I did have some self-respect!

Off topic too...We just returned from Bali and in the restaurant at the hotel they had the best hidden mickeys in the light fittings. My youngest DS spotted it first and every day after someone in the family commented on Mickey! (They were very similiar to the light fixtures in Tokyo's Chef Mickeys-lol)
