I have some old Pana Vue slides from DL but don't know how old. Am assuming they are from at least the 70's. If you're interested in any prints to use at the meeting, just leave a message and I'll send some up to the club address.

These are the ones I thought you might be interested in:
-Storybook land x 2
-Monstro the Whale
-Columbia
-Pirate Ship

I'm sure you've got lots of great stuff planned, just thought you might find these interesting.

Hi Dean, Thanks for the great suggestion, hadn't even thought what I wanted to do with them. I got a heap of them on ebay for next to nothing recently and love them. I hadn't considered DVD. I was just going to get prints made and then scrapbook them.
But DVD is a great idea. Just let me know where to send them and how much and I'll post them out.
TA!

At the risk of sounding even more stupid than normal...what are Pana Vue slides? Are they those round things that made 3-d pictures when you looked at them with that viewer thing?

It's becoming obvious I had a deprived childhood. :D

Dont worry - I only know what they are called because its printed on them.

I am presuming Pana Vue is the brand. I know they were 'official' slides sold at Disneyland, but don't know much else. They're bigger than normal and because they are so old they are a bit 'pink' in colour.
It'll be interesting to see what they come out looking like.

If you ask nicely maybe Dean will do you a copy of the DVD too.

Hi Lisa,
Would you like the slides done in order of what they are eg. all characters together and if you like ill add music to each themed piece or tell me what disney songs you like and ill fit that over the slides.
Cheers Dean :?: :?:

Hi Dean, Wow how cool is that......
Not fussed about any order, whatever you thing goes best will be fine. Theres a list of my favourite songs in the 'music' section so take your pick - that would be awesome \:D/ .

Have a small confession, the friend I asked to post the slides off on Tuesday (I had a pressing engagement with the hairdressers) let me know that she had only posted it TODAY! so will be a little longer in transit. Suffice to say she won't be getting shouted a coffee when I meet up with her in about half an hour. :!:
Keep me posted. Sounds like it going to be fantastic.

Hi Lisa,
Received the slides last week along with the choccys thanx. I have put them all together and am just waiting for some blank dvds to come through so i can burn it for you. I have adjusted most of them so they are the right colour and put pieces of music to them that i thought fitted in with each particular segment. If you dont like the music let me know as it comes from the rides and areas of disneyland. [-o<

Hi Dean, Sounds like it is all coming together, really looking forward to watching the DVD. I'm glad that the 'pink colour' wasn't a problem and the music sounds great too. Hope you shared the choccies..... :)
