The meet and great area is outside in Fantasyland where they have created a special area to meet them just as you come through the castle. You need to join the queue early otherwise you will have up to an hour queue. We joined the queue early and got our photos it was great.

Walking around the park you see lots of little girls dressed as Elsa but an equal number of Anna's.
I am not sue if this is the same as the US parks.

I have also enjoyed the updates on HKDL Wayne.

As far as Anna v Elsa in the dress up stakes, when we were at Anaheim in Feb, there were a gazillion Elsa's and not a single Anna costume, but this might have changed since the merchandise has been more widely available.

I also do some Christmas temping for a company that sells Anna/Elsa costumes and at the moment, the ratio would be 8:2 in Elsa's favour.
